Hypnotherapy x4 Sessions

Spend an hour with me going into what it is you want to make a change in and then go into a blissful hypnotic state whilst I take you on a journey through your consciousness. Afterwards we talk about your experience and set some goals for the following week. 

These are sold in blocks of 4 for best affect.

Things that can be looked at is basically anything you want to work on but here are some examples. 

Self confidence / self worth 

Smoking and addiction

Food issues.
